Property Management Services


A Licenced Condominium Manager will oversee all financial, operational and reserve fund activities for your community. Some of the property management services we provide, but are not limited to, include:

  • Maintain and archive all Corporation Records as required by the Condominium Act
  • Setup and reconcile Commercial and Investment Bank Accounts
  • Arrange bank loans for larger projects if needed
  • Monthly financials prepared for Board review
  • Collect all Fees and miscellaneous receivables and process payables in a timely manner.
  • Annual Budget preparation for Board review
  • Preparation of audit package to be delivered to auditors
  • Attend regular board meetings and Annual General Meeting
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
  • Maintenance requests reviewed promptly, and repairs scheduled appropriately
  • Arrange qualified and insured contractors for all works
  • Arrange required Reserve Fund Studies
  • Arrange/maintain Insurance coverage and supervise any insurance claims
  • Prepare and issue Status Certificates
  • Regular CAO compliance – PICs, ICUs, Annual Returns, etc.
