Skirms Ave. came to be when Matt Skirten (Skirms) and Lisa Aveiro (Ave.) came together. We started with one property in downtown London. Our goal originally was to have investment properties and have a property management company look after them. However we both found that we were not getting the level of attention to detail that we think a property management company should provide. We were not just looking for a company to manage our property but one that would also educate us on applicable by-laws, regulations and legislation. Our focus originally was in residential management, where we have over 6 years of experience. Two years ago we decided to expand into condominium management. At Skirms Ave. we want to provide all of our clients (Boards, Owners, Landlords and Tenants) with a full encompassed service.

Lisa comes from a family business as a General Constructor, where she spent 15 years climbing the ladder. She has a vast knowledge of financial record keeping, contract management, account management and construction. She has built great relationships with many contractors and clients alike; a network that has no limits. Lisa holds a General License with CMRAO, a C.I.M. designation, has completed a Professional Certificate in Management and is a Licensed Sales Representative with Accsell Realty Brokerage in London. She is currently studying to attain her RCM.

Matt comes from a background in lean manufacturing and contract negotiation. Currently working as a Strategic Sourcing Manager for a large Global firm that has also given him an endless network of contacts. He is also responsible for managing the contract with their Commercial Property manager. His family had rental properties in the past, which gave him firsthand experience of the good, bad and ugly that comes with property management. Matt also holds a C.I.M. designation, has completed a Professional Certificate in

Management and Professional Contract Negotiation designation.
Skirms Ave. services include full management of Condominium Corporations, Residential Properties (single family and multi-residential) and Commercial. We are professional, respectful and honest individuals, who strive to make every client not just satisfied with choosing Skirms Ave., but feel like we have gone above and beyond their expectations. Mutual respect and honesty, between Skirms Ave., Owners, Boards, Landlords and tenants, is our goal at all times.
