STATUS CERTIFICATE REQUEST & PAYMENT OPTIONS

The status certificate will be delivered via e-mail with download instructions. Please provide an accurate e-mail to ensure timely processing.

Please note all Status Certificate Requests will not be processed internally until payment is received in full. Please call 519-872-3037 to arrange payment. All orders are final, and payment is non-refundable.

Skirms Ave. Property will strive to prepare status certificates within 6 business days from the request date. Please note that the Condominium Act allows for 6 – 10 business days. Should you require the status certificate within a tight timeframe, the service may be expedited at an additional cost.

Please provide the Purchaser’s full name, telephone number and e-mail address at the time of request. Failure to provide this information could result in a delay in processing.

Please ensure that the purchaser receives the unit and mailbox keys from the vendor upon closing. We do not have spare keys.
